Extremely shallow angle meteorite dropping fireball in Southern California

January 30, 2020

An interesting fireball with shallow atmospheric angle of just 3 degrees and long duration of over 23 seconds captured in South of California on 30 January 2020.

It is an unusual case of possible meteorite dropper with terminal height of the luminous phase of the trajectory very high at 55 km, which makes the dark flight simulation quite a challenge.
